OVERVIEW

Journal of Sustainable Architecture and Civil Engineering is dealing with interdisciplinary field of civil engineering, architecture and sustainability research with the aim to form the common ground for discussion, exchange of ideas and to foster the integrated research of civil engineering and architecture targeted to promote sustainability in this area.

We intend to encourage scientists to publish their experimental and theoretical research on the aspects of sustainability (including climate change and clean energy, sustainable consumption & production, sustainable transport, conservation and management of natural resources, public health, social inclusion, cultural diversity and identity etc.) in  the fields of civil engineering (building structures, building materials, construction technology and management, buildings physics and building services, and geotechnical engineering) and architecture (architectural design and theory, architectural science and technology, planning, landscape architecture, building renovation, and architectural heritage preservation) and will pay a special attention to the joint research in these areas.

ABOUT SOCIETY

Kaunas University of Technology (KTU) is one of the largest technological universities in the Baltic States. Dating back to 1922, it was established as the first independent higher education institution in Lithuania.
 
Today the University is famous for its research contracts and collaboration with domestic and foreign industry sectors. The constant focus on the latest trends helps KTU to create solutions to various scientific and practical problems: from smart appliances to diagnostics tools and nuclear equipment.
The institution offers six main fields of study: technological, physical and social sciences, arts, humanities and biomedicine.

2. The submission file i.e. paper is in Microsoft Word file format (*.doc, *.docx).

3. The paper is formatted according to the paper requirements (see Instructions for Authors).

4. The authors guarantee form will be attached as a SUPPLEMENTARY FILE after paper submission. Please note that you have to print, fill-in all the fields, sign, scan and upload the form. The length of the manuscripts is not strictly limited, but the suggested length is 5-10 pages.
