ABSTRACT

Globodera ellingtonae is a newly described cyst nematode found in Idaho, Oregon, and Argentina. Here we present the first
transcriptome assembly of G. ellingtonae, providing a valuable resource for comparing the evolution of expressed genes between potato cyst nematode species.
