Characterization of Microbial Diversity and Community Structure in Fermentation Pit Mud of Different Ages for Production of Strong-Aroma Baijiu

Chloroflexi (Anaerolineaceae). Most archaea belonged to seven genera (Fig. 4B); six of them were core genera: Methanobacterium, Thermoplasmatales, Methanoculleus, Methanosata, Methanobrevibacter, and Methanocorpusculum.
