Chloroflexi (Anaerolineaceae). Most archaea belonged to seven genera (Fig. 4B); six of them were core genera: Methanobacterium, Thermoplasmatales, Methanoculleus, Methanosata, Methanobrevibacter, and Methanocorpusculum. These core genera constituted 53–77% of total abundance.
