Exponential Synchronization for Fractional-order Time-delayed Memristive Neural Networks

have been deeply studied such as in [33]. However, in hardware implementation of neural networks, time delay is unavoidable owing to the finite switching speeds of the amplifiers. And it will cause instability, oscillation and chaos phenomena of systems. So the investigation for stability and synchronization of FMNN cannot be independent on the time delay.
