With the foundation of the video probabilistic sensing model that sensing direction is steerable, the study on path coverage enhancement algorithm for video sensor networks has been improved, analysis the position of effective center of mass in the sensor’s model, the network calculates the gravitation between the target track points and the trace nodes, and the repulsive force between both trace nodes of the target track points, then the trace node adjusts its sense direction, make the

based event detection and video sensor based event detection helped to increase the number of different types of actions that can be detected within a smart environment. Video sensors detected the actions at 94.44% accuracy while the audio sensors detected the actions at 83.35%. In addition to that the video based fall detection accuracy was 93.3%. Currently we are working in real life data capture and analysis using multi-sensor integration

The objective of this paper is to study the image communication behavior of a wireless video sensor, and analyze its performance under resource constrained wireless multimedia sensor networks. Energy consumption and rate distortion model of DCT-based coded image compression and transmission is developed. Based on energy consumption and rate distortion model proposed, resource allocation is optimized with limited energy and bandwidth. Number of DCT coefficient and step size of quantization table
