Chaos Synchronization via Linear Matrix Inequalities:A Comparative Analysis

In this paper, three chaos synchronization approaches using Linear Matrix Inequality (LMI) tools are evaluated and compared. The comparative analysis is supported by four examples of Piecewise affine (PWA) chaotic systems: The Chua’s original circuit, the Chua’s modified system, the Lur’e like circuit and the five-scroll attractor system. To evaluate the performances of each synchronization approach, we examine first, the practical implementation of the LMIs. We analyze then, by simulation

A New Non-Singular Terminal Sliding Mode Control and Its Application to Chaos Suppression in Interconnected Power System

Interconnected power system is a typical nonlinear dynamical system, it will cause great harm to the interconnected power system when the chaos occurred. This paper analyses the nonlinear dynamical behavior of the interconnected power system with a uncertain electromagnetic disturbance amplitude, and the influence of the electromagnetic disturbance amplitude on the stability of the system is obtained. Thus, this paper proposes a novel non-singular terminal sliding mode control to restrain the

New Compression–Encryption Algorithm Using Chaos-Based Dynamic Session Key

This research proposes New Compression–Encryption Algorithm Using Chaos-Based Dynamic Session Key (CEA-CBDSK) to encrypt image data. CEA-CBDSK consists of an algorithm to generate initial symmetric keys and an algorithm to encrypt image data using four dynamic session keys derived from the initial keys. The key generation uses Discrete Wavelet Transform, Arnold Cat Map, and Cipher Block Chaining, while the image encryption is performed using the session keys produced by the chaotic

Digital image scrambling is to transform a digital image, to make it unrecognizable and become another chaos images without obvious meaning. If the operator knows the algorithms, he can reconstruct the original image from the chaos image by using the certain algorithms. Image scrambling encryption technology that based on Chaos Theory encrypts the image data stream through using the chaotic signal. It has the advantage like high security, encryption speed, large key space, and good scrambling

The ISBT 700 series of low-incidence and 901 series of high-incidence blood group antigens

The International Society of Blood Transfusion Working Party on Terminology for Red Cell Surface Antigens developed a terminology that brought order to the chaos of antigen names. They classified antigens into three categories: systems, collections, and series. This review summarizes the early decisions of the Working Party with an emphasis on the 700 series of low-incidence antigens and 901 series of high-incidence antigens.

Study on Static Task Scheduling Based on Heterogeneous Multi-Core Processor

Aiming at the situation of priority scheduling algorithm of chaos, later redundant processing in the task scheduling on current multi-core heterogeneous processors, this paper proposes a task scheduling algorithm with weighted priority algorithm-- WPTS. It is related to three attribute values of the main reference tasks, which can be obtained by weighted comparison that can overcome the confusion and redundancy of task selection to a certain extent. And it can maintain the priority processing

that the influence levelof different perceived radius on the optimization performance of the network coverage is different. At the same time, the optimization performance comparison graph of improving the network coverage by using the standard particle swarm optimization algorithm, the chaos particle swarm optimization algorithm and the breeding particle swarm optimization algorithm is given, and it is proved that the latter twoalgorithms solve the wireless sensornetwork coverage better than the

Encephalopathy with Electrical Status Epilepticus in Slow Wave Sleep – a review with an emphasis on regional (perisylvian) aspects

regional age dependent hyperexcitability syndromes (prototype of the centro-temporal spikes of Rolandic epilepsy). The main mechanism of the developing cognitive impairment is most probably the consequence of interference with plastic function of slow wave sleep by obliterating synaptic decline during sleep. Presently, the consensus and co-operative research is highly obstacled by the terminological chaos, the controversial definitions and views around this still striking and enigmatic phenomenon.
