The Effect of Environmental Stresses on lipL32 Gene Expression in Pathogenic Leptospira spp. through Real-Time PCR

identify the leptospires from the farming fields of Tonekabon town situated in northern Iran as well as to study the effect of different environmental stresses, including pH, temperature, and Ph. amarus plant extract on the survival capability and the lipL32 gene expression in the pathogenic leptospires.
