SENSORS FOR MONITORING COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES

The application of sensors encompasses many sectors of industry. In this paper, we outline different sensors – Raman distributed temperature sensor, sensor based on nano ferrofluids and MEMS based ultrasonic sensors.
